Shipping policy
Processing and delivery
- We aim to process orders within 1 business day.
- Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days of being processed, depending on your location and the shipping method shown at checkout.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
- If we can't ship your order within the time we've said, we'll let you know and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, after discounts and before tax, ship free. The Aonic Club membership fee counts toward the $50.
- Orders under $50: $7.49 shipping, or $9.99 if your order includes Aonic Fuel Protein Shake.
- Orders that total $0 after a discount ship free.
- The Aonic Club membership itself doesn't ship, so there's no shipping charge on it or its renewals.
- You'll see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Subscriptions
- Each subscription shipment uses the same rates, based on that shipment's total.
- These are our standard shipping rates. Some existing subscriptions keep the shipping terms they signed up with. If you join Aonic Club, your existing subscriptions move to member pricing and standard shipping rates from your next shipment.
- New purchases always use the rates above.
Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If your order is delayed or lost, email us at info@aoniclife.com and we'll help. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Changes and cancellations
This covers individual orders. You can cancel a subscription or membership anytime. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at info@aoniclife.com and we'll do what we can.
